Resilient Aviation interns are taught that they may be granted specific access to high-profile clients, their families, associates, and personal aircraft. They are trained to recognize that they are an agent of the client and, therefore, an extension of them and their reputation, including the organizations they are paired with.
Safety is our top priority. We promote a culture where everyone feels protected and valued. Aviation is a dynamic activity where experience and judgment alone may be insufficient. Resilient Aviation interns are trained to understand they might be the first responders during an in-flight medical emergency or an injury in the shop. They are trained to anticipate, handle, and respond appropriately during these situations.
As our interns continue to develop proficiency in the aircraft or the maintenance shop, we expect them to improve their skills constantly. They are also taught the importance of documentation and record keeping for maintenance, billing, lease agreements, invoicing, flight logs, taxes, and FAR compliance. Threat and Error Management / Crew Resource Management skills are also mandatory.
